Katie & Juan: MARRIED

1 part hippie, 1 part Colombian, and 2 parts love = KATIE & JUAN! Really, it doesn’t get better than that.
Juan and his family are from Colombia and they shared their traditions and food with us… lots of yummy food, sangria, and candy! Katie is a free spirited and beautiful girl that fell head over heels for her Colombian.They made sure to include everything that was special and important to them in their ceremony to ensure that it was 100% KATIE & JUAN. I encourage all Brides & Grooms to follow in their footsteps and make the day completely personalized to the both of you. Nothing can compare to that! Also, I am so pleased that Katie & Juan chose to get hitched at the Kingsburg Historical Park in Kingsburg, Ca! Oh man was it beautiful there. My favorite part was the museum that the bridal party rested and relaxed in before the ceremony. I could go on and on, but… i’m just gonna let these photos and this love speak for itself now!

Personal note- My fiance Steve shot this wedding with me for the first time and that was probably a huge reason why i was feeling the love so much! There is just something about watching a crowd of happy strangers dancing together and then seeing my fiance across the dance floor bobbing his head behind the camera. My heart overflows. And it’s not so bad having someone carry all your gear for you too!Katie & Juan- thank you for letting Steve & I steal a few dances together. It meant so much to me!

Katie wore a modified version of her mother’s dress. So sweet. And yes…. GREEN! Katie’s favorite color!

Katie & Juan… you two are the best. So in love and so ready to tackle the world. It was an honor and pleasure for Steve and I to spend the day with you and watch you recite vows in front of all the people that mean the most to you. We definitely felt the love!
