My Aunt & Uncle are taking a month long road trip vacation this summer inspired by FOOD and plan to hit up all the states and cities (mostly east coast) famous for food! What a fun adventure, huh? Those 2 are so young at heart.
My aunties 50th birthday will happen while they are in Washington D.C. and we won’t be able to celebrate with her, so my uncle decided (last week haha) to throw her a surprise party with the help of his 2 kids, me, Steve, and my mom! It was a chaotic week but the party was a hit and the “SURPRISE!!!!” was a success! She had NO IDEA and that’s always the goal! We all felt like we could breath a big sigh of relief when she walked through the doors. Later my mom asked her what she thought when she walked in and she thought she was in the wrong house! haha!
Great job to my uncle for brainstorming it and calling her friends, to Kalie for being the party brain, to Ryan for picking out decor and buying food, to Steve for helping me decorate and make the timeline, and for my momma for getting my auntie to the party! It was such a fun night showing Auntie how much she means to all of us! WE LOVE YOU, AUNTIE ANGEL!
